One of Namco Bandai’s recent free-to-play takes on the Tekken franchise, Tekken Card Tournament, looks like it’s gaining popularity quickly and has no signs of stopping anytime soon. The card-based fighting game, currently available on Android, iOS and web browsers, has recently reached the 5 million downloads milestone across all platforms only 6 months after its launch earlier this year. To celebrate the occasion, players can purchase digital card booster packs in the game at 40% until 16th of October. This could be a good time for hardcore Tekken Card players to build up their deck for cheap!
For anyone unfamiliar with Tekken Card Tournament, it’s a cross platform card/fighting game where you can collect cards and build decks based on your favourite Tekken characters. Cards can be obtained in game as digital trading cards to fight with, as well as physical cards sold in brick and mortar stores for you to collect, play and trade.
Tekken Card Tournament is available on Android, iOS and in your Web browser
